DESCRIPTION:
Through several practical examples of LEAN HSE Management system, you will learn about the practical techniques for planning, implementing and monitoring effective HSE management system. This includes:
How to identify and assess risks on a day-to-day basis
How to identify system elements and activities that are effective for managing risk and controlling loss, and which provide a basis for continuous improvement
How to apply professional management principles and techniques to design, develop and implement
comprehensive safety systems
How to monitor and manage change within the organization’s safety culture
How to implement the LEAN PRINCIPLES in your project or company
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will understand and be able to demonstrate:

Development and managing teams through LEAN Principle concept
