MODULE 1

Fundamentals of Lean Digital Understanding the fundamentals and principles of Lean Digital in order to establish the concept by delving into the main mechanisms and trends in the development of products and services, aiming to have a clear vision of exponential changes and their challenges for the coming years in terms correct use of technology, being agile and thinking lean. Practical application of resolving problems solving using scientifically proven techniques and methods that will help the participant to have a clear view of the problems. The objective is to increase the quality of products and services, safety at work, reduce cost and delivery time, and increase customer value.

MODULE 2

Learning to See to Solve Problems It provides visualization of improvements at the process level (value stream), through the identification of waste and opportunities for reorganizing material and information flows for certain products / services.

MODULE 3

Structuring the Business / Value Conception Utilize techniques to conceive and discover the real needs of customers to ensure the delivery of value, bringing a set of ideas, dynamics and practices enshrined in the market, Learn in a simple and relaxed way of lean thinking in an agile way. The concept of value stream management refers to the monitoring and management of the main business indicators, defined from the strategic unfolding (Hoshin Kanri). The daily frequency of this practice, at different levels, creates rapid learning cycles, problem solving and viable responses to the organization’s needs, making it more prepared and stable. All of this is possible through a matrix flow structure that allows autonomy and favorable conditions for all members of the value flow.

MODULE 4

Innovation and Technology as a means of support The correct understanding of disruptive technologies is essential to generate a positive impact on business without waste and high costs. From the understanding of the value flow and its leverage points, participants will beging to visualize how BigData, Analytics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence and RPA can support innovation adding value to the customer.

MODULE 5

Designing an Agile Structure with Purpose Frameworks and agility methods to manage production needs are based on demand and focused on delivering value. Understand roles, ceremonies, artifacts, metrics and ways to meet demands according to real needs, avoiding overproduction and allowing people to use their capabilities and capacity more appropriately, reducing costs and operational waste.

MODULE 6

Lean Leadership The leadership style is one of the greatest assets for a sustainable transformation and with cultural changes in the company. Lean leadership requires a new set of qualifications, mental models and values. ​Leader must be able to develop people in an articulated way to the business strategy, in the daily search for process improvement. This is much more than the technical mastery of lean tools. The role of leadership requires the appropriate skills and behaviors to deal with the social dimension of the journey and get  the necessary involvement and support of the people and areas involved in the process. transformation.

 

PROJECT ORIENTATION

From the 2nd month of the program, participants begin to structure their respective practical application projects. It is the construction of a complete project, always associated with a specific business problem. Based on the scope and deep understanding of the nature of the problem and its causes, participants will be able to incorporate the content delivered throughout  the program into their initiatives. Opportunity to put into practice all the knowledge acquired, seeking to increase the potential impact generated by the project. The orientation is individualized, being carried out between each participant and their dedicated Lean Digital coach. This allows for better targeting and makes attention exclusive, according to each individual’s need for learning and challenges.
